The NAN form has now been disabled as records cannot be checked due to the new membership system swap over. All group lead volunteers have received the message from the District Lead Volunteer and should’ve made all Team Leaders/Members aware.
The NAN form will be live on the new membership system in the future and this page will be updated with a link.
