On Saturday 4th May a group of scouts from the 35th Rotherham scout troop, took part in a sponsored boat pull on the Chesterfield canal. We pulled the Dawn Rose along a stretch of 3 miles, from Clarborough to Clayworth in Nottinghamshire. We raised a grand total of £247.50, with £50 going to the Chesterfield Canal Trust and £197.50 going to the Cathedral Archer project for the homeless in Sheffield. Congratulations to everyone who took part.
