It is with great sadness and regret that we inform you of the passing of Sally Harrison, Group Lead Volunteer at Swallownest.
Sally passed away following a severe asthma attack from which she did not recover on Tuesday 12th December. The news has been kept as confidential until this point to allow for all the parents at the group to be made aware in the first instance.
Sally was a model of brilliant Scouting and dedicated the past 25 years to providing opportunity, learning and fun to the young people in her area. Her loss is felt deeply with all those who knew her.
For those who would like to attend, Sally’s funeral will be on 12th January at Rotherham Crematorium at 12:30pm. The District Trustees have made a donation to the charity in Sally’s memory.
