This form has been designed for Rotherham Leaders to submit their Nights Away notification direct to the District without the need to download, fill in, save, and email a word document. Simply fill in online and submit. If you are not a leader then feel free to ignore this page.

Nights Away Notification

This form provides the information a Commissioner requires to APPROVE an event to take place POR 9.1b. Each group attending a Nights Away event (even a County or District event) will need to submit this information.

For all Nights Away experiences, all of the information below should be submitted SEVEN days before the event (in normal circumstances). Direct Communication must be made with DC if shorter than 7 Days.

Please check the Prohibited and Restricted Areas Camping Directory on members.scouts.org.uk to ensure your site does not fall within a restricted area.

Menus, programmes and other paperwork are NOT required with this form. However, if you wish to send through documentation it must be a word document, you can attached up to 2 files with this application.
