District Commisioner
Richard Hinchliffe
Richard has overall responsibility for the district. It is his role to ensure that the district runs effectively and that Scouting develops in accordance with the rules and policies of the Scout Association so that young people can benefit from good quality Scouting.
Youth Comissioner
Rachel Fox
Rachel Fox helps to develop the district by being the voice for all young people within Rotherham. The youth comissioner ensures that all young people from 6-25 years old are involved and engaged in every decision that shapes their Scouting experience in Rotherham.
ADC Media and Comms
Kieran Reeves
Kieran is the districts Media and communications comissioner and helps to oversee communications between the district team and other volunteers in Rotherham. He is in charge of Photo’s, 365 and the website. Communication is vital in the district to allow us to provide important #SkillsForLife to the young people of Rotherham.

Jordan Mangnall
Jordan oversees all the events which take part as a district. She works closely along side our section leaders, the other assistant district commisoners. She makes sure that all activities are aimed towards are young people and are youth lead and inclusive.

Jeff Newton
Jeff is Assistant district commisioner of development here in Rotherham. Jeff helps to develop the district and move it forward. He works closely with the volunteers, young people and youth comissioner of Rotherham.

Sarah Cox
Sarah helps to get new volunteers started on the road to get their Wood Badge. She helps to validate modules, talk about training and discuss potential roles within various groups and the district.

Elizabeth Wright
Elizabeth has been involved in Scouting since 2012 when she joined Rotherham Explorers. She achieved her Queen’s Scout Award and Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award as a member of Rotherham Network. She is ensure that the programme within the district is accessible to all and curcially is youth led.
SASU Manager
Neil Leatherland
Neil has held many roles in his time in Rotherham Scouts. He is the manager of the Rotherham Scouts Active Support Unit. SASU help provide support to the district at various events and meeting nights,
