Yep that’s right folks the popular Jamboree On the air is back again in Rotherham for the third year running. This years Jota Joti is being run by Paul Archer and the Worksop amateur radio club. For those that do no know JOTA is where scouts from all over the world contact each other over the air waves with their licenses and here in rotherham we have several Radio Scouts (including me). Luckily you guys can come along and have a go as well if you are a Beaver, Cub, Scout or even a leader you can come down and have a go. We are hosting Jota from Brecks Scout Hut on Brecks lane on the 19th and 20th of October 2013 and will help you get your communication badge.
